Brook 360 is a specialist chartered building surveying consultancy for commercial property. Every instruction is personally led and delivered by the director, Benjamin Anderson FRICS — a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 15 years’ experience and a career spanning Cushman & Wakefield, Napier & Blakeley (Australia), and his own RICS-regulated practices.

Benjamin’s experience extends across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Oceania, and South East Asia — having advised on some of the largest commercial property acquisitions in the Australasian market and managed dilapidations claims valued up to £9m. Clients have included M&G, LaSalle Investment Management, Deutsche Bank, Grosvenor, DTZ Investors, Unilever, and a range of universities, luxury hotel groups, and public sector bodies.

There is no delegation. The person you meet is the person who inspects the building, writes the report, and handles the negotiation — from first call to final deliverable.

Fee-Earning Instructions

When surveying work lands — a dilapidations claim, a TDD report, a PPM schedule — it’s quoted separately at agreed partnership rates. You bill your client at market rate and retain the margin.
